C# or VB.Net .Net Team Leader, ASP.Net, Lead Developer, East Anglia
A Development Lead is currently required by Chase Zanders prestigious client in the East Anglia region. Coming from a .Net background you will be working in a fast paced environment, mentoring and leading .Net Developers. As Lead Developer, you will support the development of an IT solution to a business requirement, producing documented, well structured and appropriately tested software that is compliant with departmental standards and / or working practices.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Developer/Team Leader who has experience of supervising, leading or managing developers, while still maintaining hands on development when needed. You will support existing applications by resolving errors in the software and / or providing assistance to customers using the software, contribute to leading and delivering project plans and ensuring tasks are completed as per the agreed schedule. We are looking for people with:
- Demonstrable software development experience
- Experience of managing and developing people
- Sound knowledge of development methodologies including Agile development principles
- Proven capability of delivering medium scale projects
- Experience of working with Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio and Team System (ideally).
