Customer Service Leader - Commercial Cards

Our client is a global financial services institution with an international brand and operations on all continents.
The commercial cards business is one of the success stories of the group and a senior role has been created to service clients in the EMEA region.

They now wish to recruit a Customer Service Leader for the commercial cards team to manage day to day operations. The role is based in Canary Wharf, London and will require someone to manage an offshore customer service delivery team. This is a key role in the operations team as it is a client facing role and this person will be the first point of escalation within customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for.
* Enhancing the level of customer service satisfaction
* Leadership of the customer account specialist team
* Matrix manage the relationship with an offshore service delivery team
* Be a senior point of contact for commercial card customers
* Direct liaison and travel to customer sites across the EMEA region
Key skills and experience required for the role will include
* Must have outstanding customer service skills
* Ideally have experience within a call/service centre
* Ideally have service delivery or account management experience
* Experience within the commercial cards sector would be preferred.
