An established UK financial services company is looking for an experienced IT and Operations Director to guide the company through a period of growth. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and implement a long term strategy for the company.
You will manage a team of circa 90 people to assist you in developing a service delivery strategy and a best of breed customer support strategy as well as ensuring all internal processes are compliant and robust.
Your experience will include:
* A background in financial services
* A background in managing operations teams.
* Developing an IT and Operations strategy
* Experience of delivering transformational change
* Excellent man management skills
* Managing 3rd party suppliers and vendors
* A strong technical awareness
