Sales Director, Insurance, Sales Manager, Hampshire, up to £60k+
Insurance Sales Director, Senior Sales Manager, Development Director is required by Chase Zander's prestigious Insurance client in the Hampshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Insurance Sales Director, Sales Manager to join an exceptional Insurance brand that is growing from strength to strength. We will only consider people who have Insurance experience.
The experienced Insurance Sales Director will be managing a sales team to be successfully hitting their targets whilst bring on board new business themselves. Your role will be to:
- Working closely with MD to implement the overall sales plan
- Managing sales MI
- Setting objectives of the sales force and monitoring performance
- Providing a regular suite of management reports
- Presenting to corporate businesses with £100k+ revenue
- Generating new Insurance business
- Coaching, mentoring team
The required Insurance Sales Director must have:
- Experience of the full sales management lifecycle
- Proven track record of delivering sales record - both individual and management of others
- Ability to develop strategic relationships internally and externally
- Develop new and manage large existing corporate relationships
- Knowledge of General Insurance
- Ability to communicate at all levels right up to Board level
