They have grown internally within a large organisation that has history of nearly 60 years within the property and construction industry. They now seek additional senior level consultants to join this growing team. You will be joining a high calibre team to deliver outstanding solutions to a blue chip client base.
Due to the growth and demand of business the seek individuals at Managing and Principal Consultant level. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a Partner role within two to three. You will be expected to develop new business opportunities as well as have the capability to deliver on it.
Your previous experience will include:
* A solid background as a Managing Consultant
* Experience of winning retained consulting assignments
* Full lifecycle delivery experience as a Programme Manager
* Extensive industry expertise in sectors such as energy, retail, logistics, public sector and aviation
* Excellent relationship management experience to board level within a recognised consulting business
* Proven experience in some of the following: strategy development, target operating models, organisation design, supply chain, change management etc
The ideal candidate will also have experience of turning around failing businesses. As the role develops there may be the need to travel internationally to visit client sites.
