Motor Rapid Services Leader

A Chase Zander client, a leading international insurance group, is looking for a Head of Call Centres to manage circa 400 staff across both on a offshore locations. The role can be based in Surrey, SW England or Yorkshire.

You will be required to manage a team of call centre managers and develop and shape call centre strategy to ensure you can deliver against customer satisfaction, budget and people development targets. As a senior call centre strategist you will be responsible for managing change across the locations to achieve improved efficiency and business goals. The role requires excellent relationship management both up and down reporting lines to ensure targets are met and issues are managed effectively.

The role requires a significant amount of travel (predominantly UK based) as face to face contact with direct reports and centre staff is essential to the success of the role.

Your background will include:

" Leading large operations in a multiple site call centre environment
" Managing multi-million £/$ budgets
" Implement changes to improve customer satisfaction, expense and claims indemnity performance
" Identifying business drivers for peers
" Dealing with employee disputes in an effective manner
