Change Manager, Business Change, Credit Cards, Financial Services, International Payments
A new role has been created within the buisness solutions division for an experienced Change Manager. The successful candidate will be joining a project team and have a major input into change of high level projects.
Based in Northampton the preferred candidate will be responsible for.
* Supporting the delivery of change projects within business solutions
* Developing and updating the change plan to enable successful delivery
* Management of activities within the change project and monitor the progress of change
* Preparation of project communication materials
* Communication and liaison with key project stakeholders
The preferred skills and experience for the role will include
* Must have experience of delivering business focused change projects
* Preferably have a background within financial services and awareness of FSA compliance
* Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
* Must have excellent stakeholder management skills
* Must have the ability to multi task and prioritise workload
