They have grown internally within a large organisation that has history of nearly 100 years within the property and construction industry. They now seek additional senior consultants to join this growing team. You will be joining a high calibre team to deliver outstanding solutions to a blue chip client base.
Due to the growth and demand of business the seek individuals at Senior Consultant level to support the delivery of client engagements.
Responsibilities for the role will include
* Management and delivery of client workstreams
* Tackling complex business issues and providing a solution
* Continuous development of consulting services
Skills & Experience required for the role are
* A minimum of 5 years experience as a consultant or specific content knowledge with an end user
* Must have a track record of successful delivery in the following sectors - Property, Infrastructure, Public sector, Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing and Logistics
* Experience of organisational design, operational improvement and strategy are of particular interest
* Must have excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
